What happened to the TC Theatre and Film Community site?

The TC Theatre and Film Community site (which featured our Message Board and our Performing Arts Calendar) was discontinued due to low participation. Keep checking though, it may get launched again.

I forgot my password - what can I do?

To retrieve your password, go to the login page and click on "I forgot my password." Then enter your login name. The site will email your password to your contact email. If you do not remember your login, email us.

Are my contributions tax-deductible?

TC Theatre and Film is not a 501(c)3 non-profit, so contributions are not deductible as a charitable contribution. However - any contributions made when placing ads are fully deductible as a business expense. So are subscriptions to the Performing Arts Calendar and the TC Theatre and Film Artists and Technicians Searchable Database.

How do I subscribe to the TC Theatre and Film Artists and Technicians Searchable Database?

Individuals can subscribe by clicking on the above link. Subscriptions are just $20.00/year and are a great way to get seen and to support this site. Subscribers also receive special offers on tickets for shows and classes.

How do I edit my TC Theatre and Film Artists and Technicians Searchable Database listing?

To edit your listing, just login to the database with your username and password. This will take you to the Admin page for your account. Then click on "View My Artist and Technician Info" under Artists and Technicians Database. Then make the necessary changes to your listing. Please note - if you are changing your email address, changing it on this form only changes how it appears on your database listing - it doesn't change the address you wish to be contacted by TC Theatre and Film for your listing's renewal. To change the address you wish to be contacted at regarding renewal of your listing, you will need to click on Edit My User Info under User Info on the Admin page.

I placed a classified ad and need to make some changes. How do I edit my classified ad?

To edit your ad, just login to the database with your username and password. This will take you to the Admin page for your account. Then click on the title of the ad you wish to edit under "Classifieds." Then make the necessary changes to your ad. Please note - you can edit any part of your ad except for the start date. If you need to edit the start date of your ad, please contact us.

We hired the person we needed before the ad expired. How do I delete my classified ad?

To remove an ad, follow the above steps for editing your ad, but just change the end date of the ad to any day before the current date. This will keep the ad in the database (should you want to be able to use the ad wording in the future), it just won't appear in the classifieds.

When I try to place an ad, I get an error message saying that my first day date is invalid. What does that mean?

We sometimes have difficulties with the following browsers - Netscape, Mozilla and Safari. If you encounter the invalid first date error - try placing your ad via Internet Explorer.

How do I edit our Resource Directory listing?

To edit your listing, just login to the database with your username and password. This will take you to the Admin page for your account. Then click on the organization listing you wish to edit under Resource Directory. Then make the necessary changes to your listing. Please note - if you are changing your email address, changing it on this form only changes how it appears on your database listing - it doesn't change the address you wish to be contacted by TC Theatre and Film. To change the address you wish to be contacted by us, you will need to click on Edit My User Info under User Info on the Admin page.
